Shipping and Delivery within the continental United States

Orders greater than US$600 are shipped FREE to US destinations. US$12 is charged for USPS Priority Mail on orders less than $600. You can expect delivery in 4 to 7 business days when our office is open and alerted to your order. Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail from Great Falls, Virginia. You will be alerted by email that your package has entered the USPS system. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door. If you prefer to sign for the package, please advise us of that preference. Limited online tracking information is available for packages shipped via US Mail.

During Christmas holidays, please be sure orders are placed by December 15.

International shipments

Postal service to international destinations is determined by international agreement between countries. Meeting criteria outlined by the postal service, we most often use International Priority Mail service, which allows delivery to international Customs destinations usually in 10-14 days. We must comply with established postal rules and regulations. Limited online tracking information is available for international packages shipped via US Mail.

Duties and taxes, if imposed on your order; are due at time of destination delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

Returns & Replacements

Contact us to obtain return authorization. Returns may not be accepted without prior return authorization. Exchange will be made based on production and inventory available. Refund or replacement is at our discretion.

Items purchased via our website must be returned within 30 days of receipt and will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax. If your invoice is not available for inclusion, please enclose your name, address, phone number plus the approximate date the enclosed item was purchased from us. Customers are responsible for return postage. Refunds and exchanges made without a ‘Paid’ Invoice and purchased within 30 days will reflect the lowest "on sale" price within the last 30 days, plus applicable sales tax. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

Gifts will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the receipt. We cannot accept returns of final-sale items as designated on your invoice.

Payment Methods

We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We require billing name and address, card number, expiration date, and verification code.

We accept personal or bank checks from US banks payable to AeroArt International. We accept international bank checks payable in US dollars to AeroArt International. If your payment is returned due to insufficient or uncollected funds, you authorize us to collect a service charge via a bank draft from your account in the amount of US$25 or the maximum allowed by state law.

Privacy and Security

Personal information (e-mail addresses, etc) gathered by AeroArt International is used internally by us. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information unless required by law.
